As chief financial officer of Banner Oak Capital Partners, Mark’s responsibilities include the coordination of company and investor debt programs, oversight of accounting and reporting, and administration of the treasury function. Mark also provides direction in the areas of information technology, data security, tax compliance, insurance and marketing.

Before joining Banner Oak, Mark worked at Hunt Realty Investments for 16 years, holding the positions of controller, vice president and treasurer, and from 2009 through 2016, chief financial officer. Before joining Hunt Realty, Mark was a manager at KPMG, serving audit clients in real estate and financial service industries. He earned a BBA in accounting and an MBA from Baylor University and is a certified public accountant.
