Aaron is a partner at Banner Oak and serves as a member of its investment committee. He oversees investment management and reporting and manages platform investments across a spectrum of operating companies. He is also responsible for sourcing new business opportunities and participating in Banner Oak's capital raise initiatives.

Before Banner Oak, he was a vice president at Hunt Realty Investments, where he was responsible for strategy development, portfolio management and reporting, as well as financial structuring for the firm’s investments and operating partners. Before Hunt, he worked for Presidio Investments, where he focused on the acquisition of CMBS and other structured finance products. Aaron holds a BBA in finance and real estate from Baylor University and is a chartered financial analyst.
