As a partner at Banner Oak, Colin is responsible for strategy development and portfolio management of Banner Oak’s investments in various joint ventures. Colin is responsible for managing platform investments in real estate operating companies across multiple sectors. For these ventures, responsibilities include aiding in capital raise efforts, asset-level due diligence and underwriting, strategy creation, reporting, capital structure negotiation, and budget reviews and approvals. Colin is also a member of Banner Oak’s investment committee.

Colin was a vice president at Hunt Realty Investments, where he worked from 2009 to 2016, and was responsible for strategy development and managed various real estate platform investments. He also held previous real estate and structured finance investment positions at Presidio Investments and Archon Group.

Colin graduated from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia in 2004, receiving a BS in commerce with a concentration in finance. He earned the chartered financial analyst designation in 2010. Colin is a member of the associate council at the Real Estate Finance and Investment Center at the McCombs School of Business and is active with several organizations, including Friends of Notre Dame School in Dallas and Highland Park Presbyterian Church.
