Heather joined Banner Oak Capital Partners in 2018 following seventeen years with Goldman Sachs as part of their Realty Management Division.  As the Director of Asset Management at Banner Oak, Heather is responsible for oversight of the firm’s wholly-owned real estate as part of the core fund and enhanced core fund.  She also assists with underwriting potential new investments and investor reporting.  While at Goldman Sachs, Heather was involved in asset management, acquisitions and dispositions for direct equity investments throughout the United States.  In addition to overseeing a defined portfolio of assets, Heather was also responsible for co-leading an asset management platform for the GSAM division which focused on core/core-plus as well as value-add investments through multiple client funds.  

Heather holds a BBA in finance from Stephen F. Austin State University.  She has served on the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) Texas convention committee for the past 5 years.
