Patrick joined Banner Oak Capital Partners in 2020 as an Investment Analyst. He is involved in the underwriting, acquisition, and asset management of multiple real estate product types including multifamily, industrial, and senior housing, as well as entity level investments for new business opportunities. He creates financial models, prepares and presents investment analyses, assists with investor reporting, and compiles sector and market specific research.

Patrick received an MBA from Southern Methodist University in May 2020 with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate. Prior to business school, Patrick worked in the Assurance group at BDO USA, LLP where he worked on public and private company audits for clients across various industries. He also holds a BBA in Accounting and Master of Accountancy from Baylor University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
